Position Title:    STUDIO LEAD

Reports to:        Operations Manager 

Job Location:     563 Artisan Lane, Bowen Island, BC (Artisan Square)

Hours:  Part time or Full time/  3-5 days a week / 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range:    $22 - $25 based on experience 

 

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Studio Lead is leading the product fulfillment function of the company. The position provides online customer support, oversees fulfillment of online and wholesale orders. The Studio Lead possesses solid organizational skills as well as a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking, and prioritizing tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •       Lead the fulfillment of wholesale orders by coordinating with the sales and production teams to fulfill orders, process shipping labels, package parcels, and work with shippers to arrange shipments for timely delivery
  •       Leads communication with and support to online customers, including resolving customer issues that may arise
  •       Foster customer relationships through product education in-shop and via email
  •       Assist with organization and cleanliness of the overall studio environment (e.g., booking cleaners, delegating tasks to Studio Assistants, etc.)
  •       Supports the Operations Manager and Director, Finance + Operations in meeting health and safety requirements
  •       Assist the Operations Manager with administrative projects (e.g., reports, special projects)
  •       Other duties as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

×        High school diploma, supported by ongoing professional development, or equivalent combination of experience and education 

×        Minimum 1-2 years of recent related experience 

×     Ability to lift or move boxes weighing up to 50 LBS

×        Experience in staff supervision

×        Proficient in the use of word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email (in particular Google Sheets and Google Docs)

×        Proven diplomacy, tact, empathy and understanding of sensitive / confidential issues

×        Satisfactory completion of a criminal records check
